This guide will explain the fields within the Locations section of the Settings/Company Account area.
Navigate to Settings>Locations>Add Location
Add office locations, therapy centers, practices across numerous states, etc.
This area is not for client specific home addresses
You will be assigning these locations to your clients and staff
You will be able to sort staff and client profiles by their location
These locations will pull through as an option to select on appointments
You can choose to limit staff’s view of clients by the client’s location
These locations will be options for insurance claim submissions, if needed
