Overview
We are excited to announce the availability of the MTSS Admin Portal Dashboard designed to enhance administrative control and streamline student assessment and tracking for the upcoming school year.
Key Features
School Year Settings Configuration
Action: Define School Year Settings via a pop-up for Highest Level Admins.
Purpose: Ensures all data aligns with the correct school year period.
Deadline: Must be completed before the school year begins.
Tier Criteria Determination
Action: Set Tier Criteria for ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, and Attendance through Admin Settings.
Customization: Editable settings allow districts to tailor criteria.
Propagation: Settings apply across all schools in the district to standardize data collection.
Detailed Updates
Assessment Integration
Content Areas: Focus on ELA and Math with supported assessments from Renaissance, Curriculum Associates, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
Behavior and SEL: Configurations for integrated and non-integrated settings.
Attendance Tracking: Options for days-based or percentage-based tracking.
Settings Lock and Data Sensitivity
Behavior Settings: Lock upon entry of the first incident or data point.
SEL Assessments: Settings lock post the first student self-assessment in the fall.
Assessment Providers and Criteria
Renaissance: Includes percentile ranges and tier levels with editable options for middle tiers.
Curriculum Associates: Features fixed percentile ranges with tier allocations.
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt: Offers a range of percentile-based tier settings, editable except for the highest and lowest tiers.
Attendance Settings
Configurable Tracking: Both Absences and Tardies can be tracked by total percentage or total days, with editable benchmark ranges.
Calculation Updates: Nightly updates provide timely tracking and tier adjustments.
