This report will allow users to see all License/Credentials that have been added to Staff Member profiles. Customers can pull this report to audit staff member credentials including upcoming expiration dates.

Step 1: Click on Reporting>Staff Member Reports>Credential Report

Users with permission “View/Download Staff Credential Report” will be able to view/download this report

Step 2: Generate the Credential Report

Utilize the filters at the top of the report to filter down criteria, as needed, or leave blank to generate all possible information. Select Search when finished.

Refer to the list below for information on each reporting field:

  • License/Credential: Will allow you to filter by 1 or more specific License/Credentials

  • Location: Will allow you to filter by 1 or more Staff location (assignment in staff profile)

  • Staff: Will allow you to filter by 1 or more specific staff

  • Status: Will allow you to filter based on staff status

  • Title: Will allow you to filter by 1 or more job title’s within your organization

  • Issue Date: Will allow you to filter by the date the staff credential was issued

  • Expiration Date: Will allow you to filter by the staff credential expiration date

  • Has Attachment?: This field gives you an option to include credentials that have an attachment

  • Credential Status: Will allow you to filter by the credential statuses of active, inactive, or both

  • This report can be run without selecting any of the reporting fields. This option will populate ALL records that are in the system

  • Report can be exported to excel

  • Notes included in the Staff Member credential profile will also populate within the report and the export.

  • No labels
