A) If you're taking data offline, you must prepare your device for offline mode. 


1) Login to the app in an area of connectivity and select the clients you plan on working with offline for that day or session:


2) When you login once more to start your session in an offline areaONLY the clients you've selected previously during your online prep will be available for data collection.

**Tapping on any client not previously selected will result in an error message indicating the need to work online:

**PLEASE NOTE***

If you're working in an area where the internet connection is not consistent; a fluctuation between online or offline DURING a session will have NO bearing on your ability to record data. When SYNCING data, please be cognizant of whether you're tapping SYNC or FINISH ON or OFF line. 

If you sync ONLINE, your data will transfer to the website, and will not save in the app.

If you sync OFFLINE, your data will be SAVED in the app. 

To sync saved offline data, you must LOGOUT and log back in when you are once again in an area with ONLINE CONNECTIVITY. Once you have done so, your data will AUTOMATICALLY Sync to the website, and will no longer appear in the app.



B) How to determine that you have saved / pending data that needs to be synced:


1) After preparing your client list and logging in offline, select the programs you wish to record data on:



2) Enter the data:




3) After you've entered all desired data press SYNC (iOS)  or FINISH (Android).

REMINDER: IF YOU'RE SYNCING OFFLINE, DATA WILL SAVE IN THE APP AND NOT TRANSFER TO THE WEBSITE UNTIL YOU LOG BACK IN, IN AN AREA WITH ONLINE CONNECTIVITY. 

To check that you have saved / pending data to be synced, reselect that SAME client, choose any program selection(s), and press CONTINUE:



4) In the image below, notice that there is a number in the box indicating data saved / pending sync:



5) When you log back in online, this data will automatically sync.
