How to Remove or Delete a Program

1) Click on the Program from the selection on the left.

2) Click on Move Program:

3) Click the button Move to Lesson Library. This will be the only option available, there will not be a “delete” option. Then click Remove Lesson:

4) For Duplicate programs, you will have the option to Remove the Program entirely, only because it was a duplicated version of the original

Necessary Considerations when Removing/Deleting a Program

• If data were collected on the programs you are removing, you will always be able to view the historical data via the client’s Analyze Data Tab.

• If Edits were made to the program and data were to be collected before moving it back to the Program Library, those same edits would be there if you took the program from the program library AGAIN for the same client

  • Example: I added the Tying Shoes Program and then edited it in preparation for data collection. I then collected some data and decided I no longer wanted to target this skill so I moved it back to the Program Library. If I were to target that exact goal again in the future and added it back from the Program Library to that same client, then all of my previous edits and data would still be there once I added it again

    • To alleviate this, duplicate the program once it was added again. Thus allowing for a fresh program to make edits and collect data.
