MTSS Intervention: Turn off Subject

We need to be able to turn off ELA, Math, SEL, or Behavior in Jrich so that customers who do not want a subject area will not see it in the intervention plan, settings, classroom, and admin reports.

User story
As a highest admin user I want to be able to indicate whether I would like to see ELA, Math, SEL, or Behavior in the MTSS- Intervention product for my building or district, I will not see the unchecked subject in settings if unchecked or I will see the checked subject in all areas in the product if it is checked by the professional services.
UI
Internal staff will see all subjects checked: ELA, Math, Behavior, and SEL as default for MTSS Intervention product.
If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see the subject in settings, intervention plan, admin reports, student dashboard, and classroom dashboard.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I am a user that has the MTSS Intervention product and selected Select tools, the subjects of ELA, Math, Behavior, and SEL will be set to checked and ON and I will be able to see all subjects in intervention plan, settings, classroom, and admin reports.
Given I am a user that has the MTSS Intervention product and All tools is selected, I will be able to see all subjects in intervention plan, settings, classroom, and admin reports.
Given I am a user that has the MTSS Intervention product and selected Select tools and a subject has been unchecked, the subject will not be seen in the intervention plan, settings, classroom, and admin reports.
Given I am a user that has the MTSS Intervention product and selected Select tools, the subject of Behavior is turned OFF and I will be able to see the behavior tools still checked until unchecked one by one.
Given I am a user that has the MTSS Intervention product and selected Select tools, the one or more of the behavior tools is OFF and I will be able to see Behavior subject still checked until unchecked.
Settings
User story
As a highest admin user I want to be able to indicate whether I would like to see ELA, Math, SEL, or Behavior in the MTSS and if unchecked I should NOT see the subject mentioned in settings and if checked I should see it in the settings area.
UI
If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see it in the settings. For instance, the ELA tab has been removed from the settings area in the images below.
Intervention Plan
If checked, the user will see the subject in the settings.

If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see it in the admin reports. For instance, the ELA circle graph in the Totals tab has been removed from the admin reports in the images below.
If checked, the user will see the subject in the admin reports.
If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see it in the interventions tab of the admin reports. For instance, the ELA is not shown in the Interventions tab dropdown in the admin reports in the image below. If checked, the subject will show in the dropdown.

If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see it in the classroom reports. For instance, the ELA graph and column has been removed from the classroom reports in the images below.
If a subject is unchecked, the user will not see it in the classroom Plans Due, Progress, or Intervention reports. For instance, ELA has been removed from the subject dropdown in the Plans due classroom reports in the image below.
If checked, the user will see the subject in the classroom reports.
