User Story

As a Teacher, Admin or Para-professional, I need to have a Goal and Analytics page for each student so that I manage the specific student’s Current Goals, Future Goals and Inactive Goals (Archived/Mastered) all in one place.

Title

  • Title reads: Goal and Analytics

Left Side: Tab Selector

  • Tabs include:

    • Current (existing)

    • Future (existing-may become part of the Inactive Tab)

    • Inactive

      • includes Archived and Mastered Goals

Left Side: Add Goal

  • Link to Add a new goal

Left Side: Goal List

  • Includes all goals that have tracking attached

    • Options include:

      • Behavior Tools: Self-Monitoring, Contracts, Behavior Tracking, Behavior Plan

      • Intervention Plans: ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL

      • Skills: Academics, Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, Custom

Left Side: Goal Icons (Goal Selected)

  • Attach Goal Icon

    • icon updated to a new arrow

    • Text changes from: Move to Attach Goal

Left Side: Goal List Tags

  • Tags identifying the type of goal

    • Options include:

      • IEP

      • 504

Right Side: Goal Information

  • Existing Goal information is brought over and placed on the right side includes:

    • Goals, Objectives, Data

      • labeled icon to copy text

      • labeled icon to edit section

    • Standards

      • labeled icon to edit standards

    • Lesson Plan

      • labeled icon to edit section

    • Notes

      • labeled icon to edit notes

      • labeled icon to add notes

      • User’s name who added the note

Far Right Side: Data Collection

  • Exiting tracking information (graph and chart) is brought over from Data Express

Workflow Description

  1. Student’s Goal and Analytics Page is reached through Program Tools, Classroom Dashboard, Student Dashboard depending upon User ( Admin, Teacher, Para-professional):

    1. Admin Flow: Program Tools > MTSS Card (View MTSS) > Goal and Analytics Card (View Goals) > Pop Up Filter (Region, Building, Classroom) > Classroom Goal and Analytics Page (View selected student) > Student’s Goal and Analytics Page.

  2. User sees selected student’s Goal and Analytics Page

  3. Options to manage selected student’s goals

    1. View Current, Future, Inactive goals (Mastered, Archived)

    2. Add New Goal(s)

    3. Attach Goal(s)

    4. Add/Edit Goal Information (Goals/Objectives/Data, Standards, Lesson Plan, Notes)

    5. Add/Edit Standards

    6. Add/Edit Lesson Plans

    7. Add/Edit Notes

    8. Add/Edit Tracking Data
