We need to add Intervention Plans to the side nav in reports and create a report area that explores Totals, Interventions, and Student Lists.

We will add an option on the side nav called Intervention Plans
When the user clicks into Intervention Plans, they will see an option to view reports by
Business Rules
Intervention Plans will show if the user has access to MTSS Intervention Tracking
We will default to Totals report
District
Intervention Plans shows if the district has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
Region
Intervention Plans shows if at least 1 of the selected regions has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
Building
Intervention Plans shows if at least 1 of the selected buildings has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
Role
Intervention Plans shows if at least 1 of the selected roles belongs to an account that has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
Team Member
Intervention Plans shows if at least 1 of the selected team members belongs to an account the user has access to that has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
Student
Intervention Plans shows if at least 1 of the selected students belongs to a building the user has access to that has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking
