Reminder Note: Step 1 (Define Behavior) and Step 5 (Track Effectiveness) are the only REQUIRED steps to collect intervention data on a specific behavior.

Step 4 (Consequence Strategies) is an OPTIONAL field and is not required for staff to collect baseline or intervention data on the behavior. This resource will review how to complete Step 4 - Consequence Strategies

Once Steps 1 and 2 have been completed, click See Edit Options next the Step 4 to enter in consequence strategies.

What is written/chosen in these sections can be viewed by direct staff.

When adding in Consequence Strategies, you can select EDIT next to Problem Behaviors and/or Appropriate Behaviors

Both section are optional. Both selection allow for prepopulated options or a free text box to type in your own custom options.

Editing Problem Behaviors

Enter information and select ADD TO PLAN

The options that automatically populate are based on function(s) provided.

You can select from the options and add more wording to it

You can also write in your own wording by selecting Add Custom Skills

Editing Appropriate Behaviors

Enter information and select ADD TO PLAN

Functions the same as above, either select prepopulated options or write in your own Custom Strategies

Don't Forget to Select ADD TO PLAN for each section to save the information
