A Daily Data Summary can be downloaded and printed from within the Data Entry area of Rethink. To get a better idea of how programming is going for a client, the use of daily data summaries could be very helpful. You are able to review raw data collected for both skill acquisition and behavior support programs. A PDF or Excel document of skill acquisition and behavior support programs can be generated depending on your desired data range.
How to export client data for one day or multiple days:
Step 1:
- Enter data from Rethink's data collection app, sync your data
- Enter data on the website or mobile site, save your data
Step 2:
- Select your client: example→ Bea Mine
- Go to Data Entry
- Click on Actions
- Select Daily Data Summary
Step 3:
- Choose a data range: Enter a start and end date (*the date can be the same for an export after one session/day. Example: Start: 05/30/2018 End: 05/30/2018)
Enter One Date:
Or Multiple Dates:
- Select PDF or EXCEL export
- Download and Save data
