Good to Know:
Both Series id’s and single occurrence appointment id’s can be searched
Enter only “number” format. System will not recognize letter characters
This filter is also an option in the EVV Billing View
Single Occurrence Appt ID Search
Enter Appointment ID for single occurrence appointments
Good to Know:
The system does not require the Appointment Date From and To fields be entered since a single occurrence appointment has its own unique ID.
A single occurrence appointment can be created when:
User creates appointment that is not recurring
User verifies or completes a session note for an appointment that was part of the series, which results in the system creating a unique appointment id.
Series ID Search
The system requires the Appointment Date From and To fields to be entered since the appointment series can include appointments that exceed a 92 day period.
If there are appointments that have both a series ID and Appt ID, the single occurrence Appt ID will display be displayed in the Appt ID column
