This tutorial will outline:

  1. Fields that can be modified for any client authorization.
  2. Warnings that you may receive as a result of changes made to Authorization Dates and Authorized Units and/or Frequency selections.
  3. Actions our system will take upon saving changes that impact Authorization Dates and Authorized Units and/or Frequency selections.

Editing Authorizations is easy if you have permissions to perform this function.

Tip:  Before making any changes to a client's authorization we recommend the following:

Know what your Funder Scheduling Rules are for " Appointment Exceeds Authorized Hours".

Navigate to the authorizations section of the client's profile then select the "EDIT" button for the authorization you would like to modify

Tip:  Before making any changes to a client's authorization we recommend the following:

Know what your Funder Scheduling Rules are for " Appointment Exceeds Authorized Hours".

Your company has 3 options to select:

  • Allow
  • Warn and Allow
  • Do Not Allow

Most of the time company's select Warn and Allow or Do Not Allow, but there are times they may allow.

Our system will take into account each funder scheduling rule for any change that is made to a client authorization.
