The Overview Page is the default landing place for the Student Dashboard. It is underlined and highlighted in blue when selected. The Student Overview page gives a high level view of the individual student’s progress across all areas that the district has purchased/included. These may include a combination of both integrated and/or non-integrated areas for: ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, Attendance. The key features for the Overview Tab

In addition, the Overview Page prompts the user to take dive deeper / action when student data reveals opportunities to help the student grow. Some key components include:

  • Tier Notices

  • Donut Graphs

  • Chart

    • Headings include: Category, Tier Recommendation, Plans

  • At Risk / Approaching Indicators

  • Tier Recommendations

  • Take Action Button

    • Clicking the Take Action button takes the User to the Intervention Plan Create screen with the area (ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL) selected in green.

    • Given the Take Action button is selected for an Attendance Tier Notice, then we take the User to the Intervention Plans Tab.

  • Tier Notices remain on the Student Overview Page iffor:

    • ELA and Math (Tier 2 or Tier 3) , when no intervention plan has been created before the next test administration completion date. Most Tests (Star: Reading/Math , iReady: Reading/Math, NWEA Map: Reading/Math) are given several times throughout the school year.

    • For Behavior (Tier 2 or Tier 3), no intervention plan has been created and the student’s data indicates that their Tier Level remains the same.

    • For SEL (Tier 2 or Tier 3), no intervention plan has been created before the next test administration (SEL has two administrations: Fall and Spring during that school year) OR the subsequent test administration indicates that the student’s Tier Level has not changed.

    • For Attendance (Tier 2 or Tier 3), the User DID NOT select Take Action button and view Intervention Plans and/or the Student’s Tier Level has not changed.

  • Tier Notice are removed from Student Overview Page if:

    • ELA and Math (Tier 2 or Tier 3), an intervention plan has been created before the next test administration

    • For Behavior (Tier 2 or Tier 3) an intervention plan has been created.

    • For SEL (Tier 2 or Tier 3) an intervention plan has been created before the subsequent test administration

    • For Attendance, the User selected Take Action button and viewed the Intervention Plans page.

  • Tier Notices are replaced from the Student Overview Page if:
