This feature allows users to copy existing authorizations and update as needed. In addition users can easily add multiple services with 1 click.

Copy Existing Authorizations

FIRST- locate the client authorization

THEN- click the icon 'COPY AUTH'.


Image Modified

  • A copy of the authorization will be generated.
  • The Authorization # and Start and End Dates will be blank for you to update.
  • You can also make any other modifications as needed to authorization units etc.

  • UPLOADED FILES WILL NOT BE COPIED TO THE NEW AUTHORIZATION
Add Multiple Services to NEW authorizations

CLICK  'ADD ALL SERVICES' 

THEN enter authorized #units/freq

Note: If user clicks on ADD ALL SERVICES  for an existing authorizations, the system will only add any active services that were not previously added to the authorization.




  • ALL  services that are ACTIVE for the client funder in your COMPANY ACCOUNT FUNDER SET UP will automatically be loaded.
  • any service can also be deleted if not needed.
