Copy Authorizations/ Add Multiple Services with "1 click"

Copy Existing Authorizations

FIRST- locate the client authorization

THEN- click the icon 'COPY AUTH'.

Open

• A copy of the authorization will be generated.

• The Authorization # and Start and End Dates will be blank for you to update.

• You can also make any other modifications as needed to authorization units etc.

Open

• UPLOADED FILES WILL NOT BE COPIED TO THE NEW AUTHORIZATION

Add Multiple Services to NEW authorizations

CLICK  'ADD ALL SERVICES' 

THEN enter authorized #units/freq

Open

Note: If user clicks on ADD ALL SERVICES  for an existing authorizations, the system will only add any active services that were not previously added to the authorization.

• ALL  services that are ACTIVE for the client funder in your COMPANY ACCOUNT  will automatically be loaded.

• services that are not needed can be deleted.
