Refer to the list below for information on what each column will generate:

  • Available Hours: the number of hours that employee has listed as available per the availability in their staff profile.

  • Payroll Hours: the number of hours shown on the report that would contribute towards their eligible payroll hours. (i.e. all billable, nonbillable, and travel time).

  • Billable Hours: the number of hours on the report that would contribute only towards their billable time. (i.e. billable appointments)

  • Billable/Available %: the percentage of time listed as available that went towards billable time.

  • Billable/Payable %: the percentage of billable time from the number of hours an employee worked in that time frame.

  • Status: the status of that employee (i.e. active employee vs inactive employee).

Note: accurate data is dependent on the staff member’s availability. Please ensure each staff member’s availability is set up in their staff profile before generating this report.

Billable/Available % Example:

  • If an employee is listed as being available 40 hours a week but only 20 hours contributed towards billable time then the billable/available % would read 50%. Meaning, 50% of the time they're available is being spent towards billable activities.

Billable/Payable % Example:

  • If an employee worked 30 hours but only 10 hours was towards billable activities, their billable/payable % would read 33%. Meaning, of the total number of hours that will count towards payroll, only 10 hours can be considered billable.
