We have added a HIPAA-compliant recording tool that will allow our support and development teams to have better visibility of steps users have taken during their sessions that may result in technical issues.

Permissions-New Staff Member Preference Center

Under the staff member tab, we added a new sectioncalled Preference Center.

Good to Know:

  • By default, all staff members will have the option “I am OK with Rethink recording my log in activity to help identify and resolve support related issues.” checked.

  • The staff preference center is designated for administrators with Role 4 permission to have control over which user account Rethink will capture recordings.

  • When this option is checked any activity that staff takes in their account will be recorded when logged in on the desktop or mobile browser applications. (Later release will include the Rethink App).

Choose the role permission>Staff Preference Center>Edit Op-In for Rethink to record log staff activity to help identify and resolve support related issues.

Good to Know:

By Default- Only Role 4 users will have the permission selected.
