We need to move navigation menu to the top so functionality is more obvious.
District/Region View
Design
Navigation items will be common to the district:
Dashboard (clicking Dashboard will take the user to the admin reports)
My Tools (Clicking My Tools will take the user to a modified version of the current main dashboard - see My Tools page)
My Schools
Account Setup (clicking this will take the user to account setup)
Help (clicking this will take the user to Help)
Business Rules
These navigation items will show when logged in and viewing the district or a region
Applicable to users marked is admin role
Building View
Design
Navigation items will be common to the building:
Dashboard (Reports)
My Tools (Library, Resources, Training, Assessments, Behavior, Quizzes)
Students
My Schools (allow to drill back up to district or select different school)
Account Setup
Help
Business Rules
These navigation items will show when logged in and viewing a building
Applicable to users marked is admin role
Non-Admin View
