Staff can place a target on HOLD by select the check box to the right of the target when in the edit view within the program.

In this example, ALL targets are viewable and available for data collection EXCEPT heart on the website and on the Mobile App.

How to use HOLD

  • A staff can enter a large target list, but place target(s) on HOLD that they do not want data collected on.

    • If a target is on HOLD, the target is NOT viewable or available for data collection on the website or mobile app.

    • Allows the supervisor to systematically add in targets and limit the number of targets taught at one time.

  • Staff can simply uncheck the HOLD checkbox when they want data collection to begin for the specific target.

  • If staff begin data collection on a target and determine that the target should not be taught at that time, they can place the target on HOLD, and resume data collection at a later time.

    • All data collected on the target will be saved.

  • Programs are able to be MASTERED when targets are on HOLD.

    • The staff will not be required to teach targets on HOLD. These targets are essentially skipped.

  • If staff master an objective and move on to another, you cannot go back and add more targets to the previous objective.

    • If staff forget to take targets off of hold in an objective and moved on, you cannot go back and take those targets off of hold. If staff wish to teach those targets, they should be added to a existing or new objective.
