Good to Know!

There are 3 ways to access technical support.

  1. “Need Help?” will open a pop-up on Rethink. Here, you can scroll for different guides or use keywords to look for specific guides.

* Some guides are walk through built into the RethinkBH website, some will take you to another website that will have a step by step guide, and other links may be video walk-throughs that will open up on the RethinkBH site.

  • “Help” will take you to another page on Rethink where you will have three optins:

    • 1. Self-Guided Support: will open a new tab where you can search for easy-to-follow tutorials using keywords

    • 2. Clinical Support: will open a pop-up on RethinkBH site for you to email our support team and ask any how-to questions.

    • 3. Technical Support: will open a pop-up on RethinkBH site for you to email our development team for any technical glitches that you may be experiencing.

* We recommend using the “Self-Guided Support” as a first means of support.

* If you email our support or development team, you should expect to hear back from them between 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • “Live Chat” will open up a small new window where you will be asked basic questions like your name, email, associated company and reason for reaching out.

  • After submitting these answers, you will be connected with a Rethink Support staff shortly to assist you.

* The hours for Live Chat are 10-5 P.M. EST.
