This document reviews ABC Settings, Data Settings, Custom Domains, and VB-MAPP within Clinical Settings.

ABC Settings

ABC Settings will be the default options when collecting ABC Data on a behavior. Customize this area specific to your organization. Some things to consider:

  • Use the circle next to the option to delete the option

  • Select Add New Option to create a new one

  • Each Column allows 12 different options.

  • “Other” is not a customizable other. If selected when collecting ABC Data on a behavior, staff will have the option to use the Notes section to clarify further.

  • Be sure to edit this area prior to program set up and data collection.

Data Settings

Mastery Criteria

Mastery Criteria can be set at the company level, however, it can be changed at the client program level. What displays here will automatically populate for each program with the capability to be changed further. This is also true for Default Automastery Settings.

  • Default Automastery Settings control automastery for all skills and/or behaviors across all clients at the company level. Meaning, what you choose here will become the default setting for your company, but it can also be enabled or disabled at the client program level.

    • When a target meets mastery criteria with Automastery turned on, the target will automatically move to the maintenance condition.

  • Automatic Phase Change Line Default = Phase change lines will automatically populate on a graph when targets are mastered and maintenance targets are reintroduced (phase change lines for other reasons can be added manually)

  • Show Target Notes on Graph = When entering in a note on a target within Client Program, that note may show on Graph on a funder report

Prompt Hierarchy

Prompts can be added to the company account as default options for programming. The list within the company account can be edited further at the client program level.

  • All prompt levels need to be set up in Rethink from least restrictive (top) to most restrictive (bottom).

o   Example: Independent, Gestural, Verbal, Model, Partial Physical, Full Physical.

  • You can choose up to 8 different prompt levels, once you have added your default prompt click save.

  • Adding prompts to this area cuts down on workflow when writing client programming

Custom Domains

Custom Domains can be used at the organization level to assist with categorizing programming for different reasons (E.g., multiple service lines, funder requirements, parent training goals, etc.). Rethink Domains are defaulted to the account, but you can choose to use Custom Domains and create your own.

To learn more about USING Custom Domains within the account, see: Copy of Custom Domains

To add your own Custom Domains, select ADD CUSTOM DOMAIN

VB-MAPP

VB-MAPP is an assessment tool that is integrated directly with Rethink. Prior to using the VB-MAPP Assessment tool with a client, licenses are to be purchased within Clinical Settings.

To learn more about running a VB-MAPP assessment with a client, see VB-MAPP Assessment.

To purchase a license, select the quantity you’d like to purchase, enter in billing information (i.e., Purchaser’s Name and Email Address), and confirm your purchase. You can refer back to this section to purchase more licenses, see how many you’ve purchased and how many you have remaining.

NOTE: Be sure to adjust your Role Permissions so that your staff members will have the ability to Activate, Edit, View, and/or Send the VB-MAPP Assessment to a Contact (if needed):

  • If granting Staff the options to Send to Contact, Edit or View, this applies to ALL Assessments available in the Rethink Platform, including the VB-MAPP.

  • If you choose to select "Apply VB-MAPP License to Client", this will grant the Staff members in this Role the permission to Activate for a client and begin using with said client
