Overview
The Empty State for the Current Tab is shown when the User has created goals (completed the First Time Use flow) and there are no goals with the Status of “Current” for an individual student. Two ways of creating a goal are provided on this page:

As an Admin or Teacher, I need visual cues to guide me through the creation of a new goal for my student when the Current tab is empty so that I don’t get confused by a blank screen.
