Overview

Design

  • The line graph should show number of unique students with:
    • Skill Progress
    • Behavior Progress
    • Skill & Behavior Progress
    • Any Progress
  • There should be a toggle for cumulative vs non-cumulative

Business Rules

  • We will only show components allocated/assigned based on our filter selection. For example, if we are running a district report and Skills has been allocated to the parent account but Behavior has not, we will only show Skills Progress.
  • Skill Progress includes # of unique students who have mastered a target, objective, or goal for skills lessons only or for both skills & behaviors
  • Behavior Progress includes # of unique students who have mastered an objective or goal for behaviors only, or a target, objective, or goal for skills & behaviors
  • Skill & Behavior Progress includes # of unique students who mastered targets, objectives, or goals for both skills & behaviors
  • Any Progress includes # of unique students who have have mastered targets, objectives, or goals for either skills or behaviors
  • By default, we will view cumulative (see unique logins for logic)

Students

  • Users may select the following options:
    • Skills Progress
    • Behavior Progress
    • Skills & Behavior Progress
    • Any Progress (default)
  • Option for cumulative vs non-cumulative
  • We will show a key based on the filter selections
  • Option to show progress for:
    • Targets (will not show for behavior progress)
    • Objectives
    • Goals
  • Filter by:
    • District
      • Displays one line on the graph
    • Region
      • Each region will be represented by a different colored line on the graph
      • A district total line will show on the graph as well
    • Building
      • Each building will be represented by a different colored line on the graph
      • There will be a district/region total line on the graph
    • Role
      • Each role will be represented by a different colored line on the graph
      • A district/region/building total line will show on the graph
    • Team Member
      • Each team member will be represented by a different colored line on the graph
      • A district/region/building total line will show on the graph as well
    • Student
      • Each student will be represented by a different colored line on the graph
      • A district/region/building total line will show on the graph

  • Shows number of unique students with mastered targets/objectives/goals
  • By default, data will be displayed cumulatively (unless changed on top overview level).
  • Users may select the option to view:
    • Skills Progress
      • Displays the number of unique students with mastered targets/objectives/goals for skills lessons. This includes students who also have reached mastery for a behavior.
    • Behavior Progress
      • Displays the number of unique students with mastered objectives/goals for behaviors.This includes students who have also reached mastery for a skill
    • Both Skills & Behavior Progress
      • Displays the number of unique students with mastered targets/objectives/goals for both skills lessons and behaviors.
    • Any Progress (default)
      • Displays the number of unique students with mastered targets/objectives/goals for either skills lessons or behaviors
      • This is the default view
  • Users may select the option to view targets, objectives, and/or goals mastered.
    • By default, we will show all
    • If a user unchecked targets, we will not see the number of targets mastered (totals view) or # of students who have mastered targets (students view)
    • If we select all, we will see the total number of targets, goals, and objectives mastered on one line (totals graph) or # of students who have mastered a target, objective, or goal on one line (students graph)
    • Targets should be greyed out and not accessible when viewing behavior progress
  • District View
    • Displays components allocated to the district. If Skills has been allocated to the district but Behavior has not, we will only show Skills Progress.
    • Displays results for all child accounts.
      • If a user has access to 2 of 3 sub-accounts, this user will only see results for the 2 sub-accounts she has access to.
    • Any component allocated to the parent account at any point within our date range will show.
    • Any student active at any point within our date range will be counted. If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still be counted on the report.
  • Region View
    • Displays results for all child accounts.
    • Includes components allocated to the selected regions.
      • Any component allocated to the selected regions at any point within our date range will show.
    • Any student active at any point in the selected date range will be counted.
      • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will be counted on the report.
  • Building View
    • Includes components allocated to the selected buildings
    • If buildings from only 1 region are selected, show the region total line on the graph. If buildings from multiple regions are selected, show the district total line on the graph.
    • Any component allocated to the selected buildings at any point within our date range will show.
    • Any student/team member active at any point within our selected date range will be counted.
      • If a student/team member was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student/team member will still show on the report.
    • If a student belongs to Building 1 during Month 1 of our date range and Building 2 during Month 2 of our date range, the student will be calculated under Building 1 for Month 1 and Building 2 for Month 2
  • Role View
    • Displays results for students with progress who are assigned to team members with the selected roles.
    • Includes components assigned to team members with the selected roles. For example, if we select the role of Para and no Paras have been assigned Behavior, Behavior will not show.
    • If roles from only 1 building are selected, show the building total line on the graph. If roles from only 1 region are selected, show the region total line on the graph. If roles from multiple regions are selected, show the district total line on the graph.
    • Any student active at any point within our date range will be calculated.
    • Any student assigned to a team member with the selected role at any point within our date range will be calculated.
  • Team Member View
    • Displays results for students with progress who are assigned to the selected team members.
    • Includes components assigned to the selected team members.
    • If team members from only 1 building are selected, show the building total line on the graph. If team members from only 1 region are selected, show the region total line on the graph. If team members from multiple regions are selected, show the district total line on the graph.
    • Any student assigned to a team member with the selected role at any point within our date range will be calculated.
  • Student View
    • Displays the number of students with data out of the students selected. If I select 10 students and 9 students have a Skills Data, we will show 9 for Skills.
    • Includes components with student allocations for the buildings the selected students belong to. For example, if we select students from a building with no student allocations for Behavior, Behavior will not show.
    • If students from only 1 building are selected, show the building total line on the graph. If students from more than 1 building but only 1 region are selected, show the region total line on the graph. If students from more than 1 region are selected, show the district total line on the graph.
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.

Totals

  • Users may select the following options:
    • Skills Progress

  • Role View

    • Progress for any student assigned to a team member with the selected role at any point within our date range will be calculated.
  • Student View
    • Displays the number of targets/objectives/goals mastered for the selected students. If I select 10 students and 9 students have a Skills Mastery, we will show 9 for Skills.

Design

With Progress

  • This is a list view showing:
    • Student Name
    • Targets Mastered
    • Objectives Mastered
    • Goals Mastered
    • Team Members
  • Users can sort the list by clicking on the arrows next to any of the columns
  • We will show tabs for each region/building/team member selected

Business Rules

With Progress

  • This is the default view
  • We will show information for all students who have made progress (at least 1 target, objective, or goal mastered within the date range)
  • Users will be able to sort by student name (alphabetically by last name), # of targets mastered, # of objectives mastered, # of goals mastered, or # of team members on student's team.
  • By default we will sort by # of goals mastered
  • Student's Team will show the number of team members assigned to the student.
    • If no team members have been assigned, display a 0
    • Clicking on the number will display the names and roles of the team members assigned to the student.
  • Clicking on a student's name will take you to view progress for that student

Without Progress

  • This is a list view showing:
    • Student Name
    • Date of Last Mastery
    • Date of Last Data Point
    • Student's Team
  • Users can sort the list by clicking on the arrows next to any of the columns
  • We will show tabs for each region/building/team member selected

Without Progress

  • We will show information for all students who have not made progress (0 targets, objectives, or goals mastered within the date range)
  • Users will be able to sort by student name (alphabetically by last name), date of last mastery, date of last data point, or # of team members on student's team.
  • By default we will sort by date of last mastery
  • Date of last mastery (at any point in time) will show the date the student last mastered a target, objective, or goal
    • If mastery has not been reached, display "--"
  • Date of last data point (at any point in time) will show the date of the last data point recorded for the student
    • If data has not been entered, display "--"
  • Student's Team will show the number of team members assigned to the student.
    • If no team members have been assigned, display a 0
    • Clicking on the number will display the names and roles of the team members assigned to the student.
  • Clicking on a student's name will take you to the student's view progress area


Filter by:

  • District
    • We will display all students with/without progress in the entire district
  • Region
    • We will display a separate tab for each region
    • Each tab will display students with/without progress for the region
  • Building
    • We will display a separate tab for each building
    • Each tab will display students with/without progress for the region
  • Role
    • We will display a separate tab for each role
    • Each tab will display students with/without progress for team members assigned to the role
  • Team Member
    • We will display a separate tab for each team member
    • Each tab will display students assigned to that team member with/without progress
  • Student
    • We will display all students selected with/without progress on one screen

Filters

  • District View
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.
  • Region View
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.
    • If a student belongs to Region 1 during Month 1 of our date range and Region 2 during Month 2 of our date range, the student will be shown under both regions & will display the total amount of mastery for the student within the date range
      • For example, if the student mastered 10 targets during Month 1 and 2 targets during Month 2, we would display 10 targets mastered for the student under Region 1 and 10 targets mastered for the student under Region 2
  • Building View.
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.
    • If a student belongs to Building 1 during Month 1 of our date range and Building 2 during Month 2 of our date range, the student will be shown under both buildings
      • For example, if the student mastered 10 targets during Month 1 and 2 targets during Month 2, we would display 10 targets mastered for the student under Building 1 and 10 targets mastered for the student under Building 2
  • Role View
    •  If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.
    • The student will show under each role the assigned team members are assigned to. If the student is assigned to 10 different team members with 10 different roles, he will show on each role tab
  • Team Member View
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.
    • The student will show under each team member he is assigned to. If the student is assigned to 10 different team members, he will show on each team member tab he is assigned to
    • If a student was assigned to Team Member 1 during Month 1 of our date range and then un-assigned from this team member and re-assigned to Team Member 2 during Month 2 of our date range, the student will be shown under both team members & will display the amount of progress achieved while assigned to that team member
      • For example, if the student mastered 10 targets during Month 1 and 2 targets during Month 2, we would display 10 targets mastered for the student under Team Member 1 and 2 targets mastered for the student under Team Member 2
  • Student View
    • If a student was active during Month 2 of the selected date range but not Month 3, this student will still show on the report.

RULES

  • Role 7 will have access to all progress information across the entire account (all sub-accounts & parent account)
  • Role 6 will have access to all progress information across the sub-accounts they are linked to
  • Role 5 will have access to all progress information for the sub-account they are linked to
  • Custom roles may have access to progress information if admin reports were selected during customization. These roles will have access to all progress information for the sub-accounts they are linked to.
  • No other roles will have access to this report.
  • Accounts with Skills or Behavior Platforms allocated will have access to this report. If an account (or sub-account) does not have access to either the skills or behavior platform, this report will not appear.
  • All sub-accounts with the aforementioned platforms allocated will appear in this report. If a sub-account does not have one of these platforms allocated, they will not appear in the report.
  • Only the platforms allocated to a given account (or sub-account) will appear in the report.
  • Only students who either have a plan in place or are assigned to a user will appear in the report. If a student has been added to the platform, but does not have a plan in place or has not been assigned to a user , the student will be excluded from the report
