We need to add incident reports to the family portal for custom family member roles. This will not be available as a default.
Design
In the Family Portal, we will show a link to Incident Reports in the Behavior section
When the user clicks Incident Reports, they will see a list of all incident reports for the student
Clicking on View Report will display a the incident report.
Clicking the X will close the report.
