We need a way to upload Functionality videos for EDU and Vizzle to Azure. After the upload, we need to add the videos to the Resources tab in both EDU and Vizzle products.

RethinkEd

User Story

  • As a user, I want to easily find and watch how-to videos on the RethinkEd website so that I can learn new product features and the website functionality.

 

UI

  • The user navigates to Program Tools > My Resources > Virtual Supports and Training

  • We will add a new category section: “MTSS Training” for users with the MTSS Product

  • We will add a new category section: “Behavior Training” for users with the Behavior Product

  • The user will click the dropdown menu to select videos and PDF documents for:

    • Administrator

    • Educator

    • Student

    • Caregiver

  • The default selection is Administrator for an Administrator role

  • The default selection is Educator for an educator role

  • Each video will have a thumbnail image and a title below the thumbnail

  • A PDF document will be included with some of the videos

  • The user scrolls to view all available videos

  • The user will click the dropdown menu to select videos and PDF documents for:

    • Administrator

    • Educator

    • Student

    • Caregiver

  • The default selection is Administrator for an Administrator role

  • The default selection is Educator for an educator role

 

 

Acceptance Criteria

RethinkEd Website

  • The user navigates to Program Tools > My Resources > Virtual Supports and Training

  • Given the user has an account with SEL-Wellness or SEL-Life Skills and Wellness product, we will add the Virtual Supports tab back to “My Resources” screen

    • All content that is hidden will remain hidden

    • The Webinars and On Demand Trainings should be hidden for accounts with SEL-Wellness or SEL-Life Skills and Wellness product

  • Given the user is viewing Virtual Supports and Training categories in My Resources, they will see a new category titled: “MTSS Training” if they have the MTSS Product allocated to their account

  • Given the user is viewing Virtual Supports and Training categories in My Resources, they will see a new category titled: “Behavior Training” if they have the Behavior Product allocated to their account

  • Given the user clicks “MTSS Training” or “Behavior Training” category depending on the allocated product, they will see all of the functionality videos available.

  • There should be a dropdown menu selection to filter the videos by audience: Administrator, Educator, Student, Caregiver

  • Given the user is an administrator, the default view will be the Administrator selected and the corresponding videos

  • Given the user is an Educator, the default view will be the Educator selected and the corresponding videos

  • Given the user is an administrator, they will see all videos available (Administrator, Educator, Student, Caregiver)

  • Given the user is an educator, they should only see the videos for the Educator, Student, and Caregiver sections.

  • Given the user is a caregiver, they should only see the videos for the Student, and Caregiver sections.

  • The design layout will stay the same as the On Demand Training Videos

    • Four video thumbnails and titles across the screen

    • Additional rows will be added as needed to show all videos

 

Upload Materials

  • The content team has created Functionality videos that need to be added to Program Tools > My Resources > Virtual Supports and Training > MTSS Training

  • The videos and content should be uploaded to the designated dropdown selection for easy organization and viewing: Administrator, Educator, Student, Caregiver

  • The videos should be uploaded to the dev blob storage container

  • EDU Functionality Videos Folder

Vizzle

User Story

  • As a user, I want to easily find and watch how-to videos on the Vizzle website so that I can learn new product features and the website functionality.

 

UI

  • The user navigates to Vizzle > Help > Knowledge Base Page

 

 

 

Acceptance Criteria

Vizzle Website

  • The user navigates to Vizzle > Help > Knowledge Base Page

  • Given the user is viewing Knowledge Base Page categories in Vizzle Help Center,

  • Given the user clicks “How To Videos” category, they will see all of the functionality videos available.

  • The design layout will be:

    • Title of the video

    • The video player will display below the title

    • There will be no thumbnail because the video is embedded

    • There will be no description

    • The pages and videos are public like the other pages and videos in the Vizzle Help Center

  • We will need to add URLs to (insert sections) so that the Title and Video can be uploaded and attached to them.

  • The template needs to include a heading for the title

  • The template needs to include an area to embed a video

 

Upload Materials

  • The content team has created Functionality videos that need to be added to Vizzle > Help > Knowledge Base Page

  • The videos should be uploaded to the dev blob storage container
