EVVTutorialRead step by step guide to Clock-In/Out EVV Appointments on the Rethink App:
Login to the Rethink App
Navigate to the Appointments by tapping on the Calendar option in the Main Menu
Tap on the appointment for which the services need to be rendered.
Tap clock in before you start rendering the service. Your clock-in time will be registered as the Actual Start Time of the Appointment. Please note you cannot collect data or enter session notes until you clock in.
Tap Collect Data to start collecting data for the visit.
Tap Clock-Out to register your end time for the service(s) rendered. Please note that if you sync session without Clocking-Out then the system will auto-clock you out.
Tap the signature box in the Verify tab. The Actual Start and End Time under the Verify tab will reflect the Clocked-In and Clocked-Out Time. You will not be able to manually enter Actual Start End Times. You can re-clock in/ out until the session has been synced.
Good to know! - The Staff Member can only Clock In/ Clock out on Rethink’s mobile app. Staff Members will not be able to manually add verification times through the mobile or desktop website and will see a cannot verify appointment error.
