There are 3 reasons why your appointments may turn ORANGE.
Reason 1:
Missing Billing Information
Your system administrator may have set up your Rethink account to allow users to schedule although there may be missing billing information.
Don't worry you can still verify and complete session notes for these appointments.
To check if there is missing billing information, open the appointment then click on Warnings
Reason 2: (not as likely to occur)
Scheduled hours for the client "Exceeds the Authorized Hours"
Your system administrator may have set up your Rethink account to allow users to schedule beyond the Authorized Hours.
If they chose to set up to provide a warning then you would have received the warning when scheduling. To check:
Open the appointment click Warnings:
