Sample Introduction Email for Parents/Caregivers

In your inbox, you will see a separate invite to your personal TheraWe account. Please check your spam if you do not see it.

Before your next appointment, please create your account using your email invitation. Then, download the TheraWe app from the App Store​or Google Play. You will login to TheraWe using the password you created and your email address. Here is a training video to help you navigate the TheraWe platform.

Why use TheraWe?

• Enable your therapist to send you updates through notes, videos, and progress reports;

• Communicate with and send videos, documents, and reports to your therapist from home;

• Create a video therapy record that will reduce the risk of regression when switching organizations and/or entering the school system.

With TheraWe, all parents and caregivers can receive access to their child's account. Videos on the platform are yours to keep.
