For caregivers collaborating with their therapy providers on TheraWe, the platform allows you to add unlimited caregivers (aka your care team), as well as monitor goals, and store documents (i.e. getting rid of the “therapy binder”). In the sections below, you will find how to setup your account, add more users, and utilize the rich features. Let’s get started!

How to setup your TheraWe account

Initial account invites come from your therapy organization. Check your inbox for an email like the one below. If you need your invite resent, your provider can resend the email or you can email support@rethinkbh.com

How to add more members to your care team?

It takes a tribe to navigate the therapy journey, so please add as many other caregivers for updates as it makes sense. Here is how you add another caregiver: Settings>Caregiver Team>Add Caregiver

 

Posts: How and What to Reply

When your therapy provider creates a post for you, it is an opportunity to review notes and attachments at home and interact outside of the session. Here are recommendations for how to interact:

  • Upload videos of hard to capture behaviors from home to discuss in the next therapy session;

  • Comment back questions; 

  • Post videos of you implementing at home for feedback from your provider; 

  • Provide feedback on what content is most helpful for you to be successful.

How do I send a message to my therapy provider?

In order to send a message to your provider, you can navigate to the Communication Center to start a new message or view your message history.

 

What are Goals?

Caregiver goals are a place for you to track goals personally or with your therapy provider. This is best to discuss with your provider on a shared strategy. Here is how you view and create goals:
