How to Unarchive a Behavior.

MASTER A BEHAVIOR IN DATA ENTRY

1. One mastery criteria has been met for the last objective, click on MASTER OBJECTIVE.

2. You will then get a notification to Close the Behavior. If you don’t need a phase change line added, you can click on close, if a phase change line is needed, follow the next step before closing the behavior.

3. Prior to closing and officially mastering the goal, a phase change line can be added if mastery criteria has been met.

• If you need to label the graph to show that the original goal was mastered, *It’s recommended to put in a manual phase change line stating “GOAL MASTERED”.

• If you need to continue to take data on a goal due to regression, you may want to label the phase change line with “GOAL REINTRODUCED” OR “GOAL REOPENED”.

GO TO BEHAVIOR SUPPORT TO UNARCHIVE A BEHAVIOR

1. Go to View Plan

2. Under the Behavior Support drop down menu, select “archived”.

3. Select the behavior needed

4. Click on the Unarchive Button

• Once a behavior has been unarchived, this means the behavior goal is “unmastered”.

• An unarchived behavior will be removed from the mastered behavior list in analyze data as well as funder reports.

• If you accidentally master a goal, it is now easy to unarchive a goal and continue to take data on that goal.

ADJUST THE MASTERY CRITERIA FOR A GOAL WITH OR WITHOUT OBJECTIVES (IF ADDITIONAL DATA COLLECTION IS NEEDED)

1. Go to Step 5 of the Behavior Plan, Click on Edit

2.Edit the mastery criteria for the last objective and the goal. THis will allow you to continue to take data on the behavior goal.

3.Click Add to Plan

• This applies to both behavior goals with and without objectives.

AUTOPHASE CHANGE LINE FOR MASTERY CRITERIA CHANGE

Once mastery criteria has been changed on the behavior goal and added to the plan., an autophase change line is added to the graph.

• The autophase change line will have the date on the label that the mastery criteria was change.

CONTINUE TO TAKE BEHAVIOR DATA (FOR MAINTENANCE OR REGRESSION)

Once mastery criteria has been adjusted you will now be able to continue to take data on a behavior,

• You will notice in data entry that you’re mastery criteria has been adjusted based on the change made in behavior support for the goal.
