Newly released WHIL Mindfulness professional development is now available and can be shared with your customers.
WHIL Mindfulness professional development provides teachers with trainings that build resilience skills to combat work-related stress. Once the component is added, teachers will be able to access 28 trainings packed with strategies to help them to be more mindful. Admins will be able to track the Mindfulness training use to report and use to ensure the training is a valuable resource.

The new component called Mindfulness - Professional Development will be added to account once purchased by the school district or building. The admin will need to set the number of licenses for the team members and the series of Mindfulness training series will be available to the users at the account.
The # of team member licenses allocated will dictate the number of team members who may access Mindfulness training. Any user with access to Mindfulness Professional Development will have access to this series.
WHIL Training Modules
Once trainings have been assigned, staff can create a training plan in which to view the 28 videos.
On the main training display, the staff will find the trainings by week
Assign and Add to Training Plan will function as they do for other series
If the user clicks Start/View Training, they will see the video
Once the user has completed a video in it’s entirety, the training status shows as Complete. All videos not completed will show a status of Not Complete
Modules can be completed in any order
Admin Reports
Administrators will be able to view, export, and print a report detailing:
the number of users with trainings available
# of users with training videos watched
# of users who completed the series
# of users who started but did not complete the series
# of users who have not started for Mindfulness Professional Development series
Filtering Reports
The data can be filtered by district, region, building, role, and team member. The student filter is not applicable to this report. For instance, if filtered by district, Mindfulness Activities will show if the district or any of the district’s child accounts the user has access to have been allocated Mindfulness Professional Development and which users at the district level accessed Mindfulness PD activities (videos, audio, PDFs, etc).
