Goals and Analytics (Phase 1)

DEADLINE: End of Q4 24' (Approx. December 31st, 2024)

Acceptance Criteria Goals & Analytics Landing Page:

  • Same User Flow for both Admin and Teacher

  • Goals & Analytics Page should contain:

    • Current Tab

      • Left Side

      • Top Goal Name Container

      • Goals and Objectives Panel

      • Data Collection Panel

    • Inactive Tab

      • Will build out functionality in Phase 2 of this project

Acceptance Criteria Goals and Analytics Classroom Page:

  • Display the number of total skills being tracked in the class (e.x., "20 Skills") at the top.

  • Provide a searchable list of students in the class with the following columns:

    • Student Name: Display full names (e.x., "Cameron Davis").

    • Number of Goals: Show the count of goals for each student.

    • Data Last Collected: Display the last date when data was collected for the student.

    • View Button: Include a clickable "View" button that allows the user to view detailed data for that student.

Acceptance Criteria Admin Flow:

  • New User can click on Program Tools to access Student’s Goals and Analytics Page

  • New User can select classroom to access Student’s Goals and Analytics Page

  • New User can select Student to access Student’s Goals and Analytics Page

  • Creation of Classroom Goals and Analytics Page (Skills Goals)

Acceptance Criteria Teacher Flow:

  • New user can view home Screen to Student’s Goals and Analytics Page (Empty State)

  • New User can select classroom to access Student’s Goals and Analytics Page (Empty State)

  • New User can select Student Tab to access Student’s Goals and Analytics Page (Empty State)
