Description
We need to add Check-in, Check-out (CICO) to the RethinkEd platform as a Behavior Tool. Check-in, Check-out (CICO) is a school-based intervention strategy where students meet daily with a mentor to set and review behavioral goals, receive feedback, and discuss challenges. This proactive approach reinforces positive behavior and strengthens student-teacher relationships.
Acceptance Criteria
Ability for administrators and educators to create, track, and view data for Check-In, Check-Out tools.
Ability for students to record entries for Check-In, Check-Out in the Goal Zone in the Student Center.

Student Dashboard | Check-In, Check-Out The Check-In, Check-Out page in the RethinkEd Student Dashboard allows users to view all CICO tools for a student, create a new CICO tool, or record data.
Create CICO
Record Data CICO : The Data Express area of the RethinkEd web platform allows educators to efficiently record and manage data for students. A new 'Check-in Check-out (CICO)' tab will be added to Data Express, enabling educators to record data specific to CICO intervention tools. CICO in Data Express enables the entry of CICO data by presenting a streamlined interface that displays relevant CICO tools, target behaviors, goals, mastery criteria, and time/location/period labels. Users can record the number of points a student earns and save the data for future review.
View Data CICO : The CICO Data Screen is designed for educators to view, analyze, and manage student behavior data collected through the Check In, Check Out behavior tool. It features a line graph for visualizing student performance over time, along with a detailed data table for each recorded entry. Users can interact with the data to edit or delete entries, expand details, and filter the data based on specific goals.
Classroom Report CICO : The classroom report provides educators with a detailed overview of student check-in and check-out tools. The Check-In, Check-Out Classroom Report allows teachers to view information about the students with CICO Interventions and offers opportunities to view the details or record data for the CICO Intervention for the student.
