Reorganize Account Settings | Account Settings | Incident Reports | Behavior Suite


We will need to add some navigation options to Account Settings as we will be adding a lot of new options here.

 

User Stories:

  • As a district leader, I want to quickly find and edit my account settings, so I can ensure consistency throughout the district

  • As a user, I want to quickly find and view the account settings, so I can ensure I understand how things work

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user with access to Skills (Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, Academic), I will see Default Mastery Criteria, Default Prompts, and Incident Settings

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior or MTSS Interventions, I will see Default Mastery Criteria, Default Prompts, ABC Settings, Incident Settings, and Locations

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to Behavior or MTSS Interventions, I will NOT see ABC Settings and Locations

  • Given I am a user with access to SEL, I will see Incident Settings

  • Given I am a user with access to any PD series, I will see My Training

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to any PD series, I will NOT see My Training

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to either Skills, Behavior, or MTSS Interventions, I will NOT see default mastery criteria or default prompts

  • Given I am a user without access to MTSS Interventions, Skills, Behavior, SEL, or a PD series, I will not see Account Settings

  • Given I am a user with access to Basic or Advanced ABA Training, I will see the pre and post test options

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to Basic or Advanced ABA Training, I will NOT see the pre and post test options

UI

  • The options on the left-nav menu should be:

    • Default Mastery Criteria

    • Default Prompts

    • ABC Settings

    • My Training

    • Student Center-heading

    • SEL Content

    • Behavior-heading

    • Incident Settings

    • Locations

    • Alerts

 

Business Rules

  • When the user clicks on Account Settings, they will default to the first option on the list.

  • List options will be based on products purchased.

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchase Skills, they will see:

    • Default Mastery Criteria

    • Default Prompts

    • Incident Settings

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased Behavior, they will see:

    • Default Mastery Criteria

    • Default Prompts

    • ABC Settings

    • Incident Settings

    • Locations

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased SEL Lessons and behavior, they will see:

    • Student Center-heading

    • SEL Content

    • Incident Settings

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased any of the PD series, they will see:

    • My Training

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased MTSS Interventions, they will see:

    • Default Mastery Criteria

    • Default Prompts

    • ABC Settings

    • Incident Settings

    • Locations

    • Alerts


Default Mastery Criteria

UI

  • When the user clicks on Default Mastery Criteria, they will see the same options they do today

  • Clicking Save will save the changes to the default mastery criteria

  • Discard changes will not save the changes to the defaults

 

Business Rules

  • This section will show for users who have access to Skills or Behavior, and will be the default screen for those users


Default Prompts

UI

  • On this screen, the user will see the default prompts and the prompt codes.

 

  • Clicking save will save the changes. If the user clicks Discard Changes, changes will not be saved.

Business Rules

  • This section will show for users who have access to Skills, Behavior, or MTSS Interventions


ABC Settings

UI

  • When the user clicks ABC Settings, they will see the ABC settings.

 

  • Clicking save will save the changes. If the user clicks Cancel, changes will not be saved.

Business Rules

  • This section will show for users who have access to Behavior or MTSS Interventions

 


My Training

UI

  • If the user clicks on My Training, they will see the settings for my training.

  • If the user clicks edit, they may change the settings.

  • Clicking save will save the changes. Clicking cancel will not save the changes.

 

Business Rules

  • Users with access to at least 1 training series will see this section

  • Training Series include:

    • Basic ABA

    • Advanced ABA

    • Disability Awareness

    • Fundamentals of Special Education

    • SEL PD

    • Mental Health PD

    • Neurodiversity

    • MTSS PD

 

SEL Content

UI

  • If the user clicks on SEL Content, they will see the settings for SEL Content.

  • It will show the settings currently on the platform.

 

Business Rules

  • The Student Center heading and SEL Content will show for users who have access to SEL SEL Lessons

 

Incident Settings

UI

  • Incident Settings will replace Show/Hide Default Incidents.

  • On this screen, users may adjust the Incident Report fields, List of Incidents, and List of Actions Taken. Please refer to Incident Settings section for more details.

 

Business Rules

  • Users with access to SKills, Behavior, SEL, or MTSS Interventions will see this section.

  • This section will be visible to users with permission to Behavior → View Settings

  • This section can only be edited by users with permission to Behavior → Edit Settings
