Overview List | Admin Reports | Intervention Tracking

We need to add a section on the overview list that displays the number of students on track with their current plans and the number of plans due for review within our date range.

User Stories:

  • As an admin, I want to know how many students are on track with their intervention plans, so I can see a high level view of student progress

  • As an admin, I want to know how many plans are due to be reviewed within the date range, so I can ensure all plans are kept up to date

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given the admin user has access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or Intervention Tracking enabled), then the list view will show the total students for the respective District, Region, Building, Role, Team Member for Students on Track and Plans Due.

General Concept

UI

  • We will add a new section for Intervention Plans

  • This table will show the Number of Students on Track out of the Number of Students with a Plan AND the Number of Plans Due within our date range

Business Rules

  • This section will show if the user has access to MTSS Intervention Tracking

  • Students on Track will be counted as the number of unique students with a current plan marked as In Progress and a Progress Status that is On Track (Partial Progress, Progress, or Substantial Progress) out of the number of unique students with a current plan marked as In Progress

  • Plans due will show the number of plans currently marked as In Progress that have an end date within our selected date range

  • District

    • This section will show if the user has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • We will count all students/plans in all buildings the user has access to

    • Users can drill down to regions and buildings

  • Region

    • This section will show if at least 1 of the selected regions has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • For each region, we will count all students/plans in all buildings the user has access to

    • Students/plans will count under all regions the student belonged to within the date range

    • Users can drill down to buildings within the region

  • Building

    • This section will show if at least 1 of the selected buildings has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • Students/plans will count under all buildings the student belonged to within the date range

  • Role

    • This section will show if at least 1 of the selected roles belongs to an account has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • For each role, we will count all students/plans in assigned to a team member of this role in all buildings the user has access to

    • Students/plans will count under all roles for which the student was assigned to a team member of that role within the date range

  • Team Member

    • This section will show if at least 1 of the selected team members belongs to an account has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • For each team member, we will count all students/plans in all buildings the user has access to that are assigned to the team member

    • Students/plans will count under all team members the student was assigned to within the date range

  • Student

    • We will show one cumulative row (no separate row for each student selected). See Existing reports for examples.

    • This section will show if at least 1 of the selected students belongs to an account has been allocated MTSS Intervention Tracking

    • We will count all students/plans out of those selected
