Inbox Notifications | Behavior Plan | Behavior Suite

User Story:

As a teacher or admin user I need to have a notification in my inbox for when a Behavior, Incident or MTSS intervention has triggered an alert so that I can review the details further and take appropriate action.

UI:

• The user clicks on Inbox to show current notifications.

• To view more information about the alert for a specific student, user clicks on View from the inbox notification.

• Notification examples for Behavior, Incident, MTSS Intervention:

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see the alerts for Behavior, Incident and MTSS Intervention in their inbox.

• Users with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see alerts for Behavior Tracking in their inbox.

• User with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking and Behavior Plan enabled) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see alerts for Behavior Tracking and Behavior Plan in their inbox.

• User with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or Points enabled) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see alerts for Points in their inbox.

• User with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or Incidents enabled) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see alerts for Incidents in their inbox.

• User with access to MTSS Interventions (all tools or MTSS Interventions enabled) and permission to Behavior Support → Receive Alerts will see alerts for MTSS Interventions in their inbox.

• Follow established rules for Alerts. (See Alerts | Incident Reports | Behavior Suite)

• An alert is triggered based on the alert settings for their respective products.

• The view button in the notification takes the user to the student alert page. (See image: Student Alert)
