Extend Test Time
We need to add an option in Account Setup to extend the test time for the training modules.
Account Setup - Account Settings
Design
We need to add a section called Test Time Options (My Training). The options are:
- Tests are timed
- Tests are not timed
Business Rules
- By default, we will set all accounts to Tests are timed
- When tests are timed, we will show the timer in My Training when taking tests
- When set to tests are not timed, users will not see the timer in My Training when taking tests. They also can take as long as they need when taking a test.
- If a multi-account user makes a change, the change will take effect in all sub-accounts they are linked to. This will trump any change made by a building-level user.
- If a Role 5 for Building A selects "tests are not timed," this setting will be applied to all users within Building A. If a Role 7 then makes the selection "tests are timed," this setting will be applied to all users within the district, including those in Building A. In Account Settings for all buildings (including Building A), we should show the setting as "tests are timed."
- If a Role 7 selects "tests are not timed," this setting will be applied to all buildings within the district. If a Role 5 at Building A then selects "tests are timed," all users in Building A will have timed tests. However, if a Role 7 then re-selects "tests are not timed" (by switching to tests are timed and then switching back to tests are not timed), all buildings will be set to "tests are not timed," including Building A.
