Admin Reports

Need to report on the following metrics:

  • Logins
    • This includes logins from app and site
    • Show # of users logging in
  • Professional Development
    • This includes
      • View training video
      • Print notes
      • Print activity
      • Take test
    • Show
      • Total # of PD activities
      • Total # of users accessing PD activities
  • Best Practice Resources
    • This includes
      • View video (lesson videos from library or learning plan, behavior tutorial videos)
      • View webinar (archived webinars from My Resources)
      • View materials (any printable material from library, learning plan, behavior support, or my resources)
      • View plan (lesson plans from library or learning plan, or print behavior plan from behavior support)
    • Show
      • Total # of resources
      • Total # of users accessing resources
  • Plans
    • Show total # of students with a plan (any type)
  • Data
    • Show
      • Total # of students with data entered during date range
      • Total # of team members collecting data during date range
      • Total # of data points
  • Progress
    • Show
      • Total # of students making progress
      • Total # of mastered skills (targets, objectives, & goals)
  • Incidents
    • Show
      • Total # of incidents tracked
      • Total # of students with incidents tracked

Need to attach excel spreadsheet or able to drill down to show:

  • Team Member Name
  • Role
  • Number of logins
  • Number of PD activities
  • Number of resources
  • Number of students assigned who have plans
  • Number of data points entered
  • Number of mastered skills
  • Number of incidents reported

User Reports

Need to report on the following metrics as they relate to the individual user:

  • Number of logins (site & app)
  • Number of PD activities completed
  • Number of resources accessed
  • Number of students with plans
  • Number of students with data
  • Total data points collected
  • Number of students making progress
  • Total # of mastered skills (targets, objectives, or goals)

RULES

  • Only show elements that are allocated to the users. If no one at the account has access to My Training, do not show the PD elements. On the user report, if a specific user does not have access to an element, show N/A. For example, if some users in an account do not have access to My Training, show N/A on the user level report.
  • Role 7 will receive the admin report for all sub-accounts
  • Role 6 will receive the admin report for the sub-accounts they are assigned to
  • Role 5 will receive the admin report for the sub-account they are assigned to
  • Case Managers, Lead Teachers, and Teachers will receive the user report
