Language Options (Staff and Parents)

We need to add a language selector to the My Profile section.

Design

  • When a user clicks on their name in the upper right corner, they will see an option for Language. The two options will be English and Español
  • The language selected will be underlined.

  • When the user selects Español, a message will appear on the screen that will fade after a few seconds. The message translates to "Not all content is available in Spanish. Translations have been provided where available." 
    • Spanish Text:

      “No todo el contenido se encuentra disponible en español. Se han proporcionado traducciones donde estén disponibles.”

  • Once selected, content will be displayed in Spanish where applicable. To begin, we will display DA, Fundamentals, and SEL PD Tests in Spanish.

Business Rules

  • By default, language will be set to English for all users.
