The training modules below are for NEW Rethink Customers using both the Clinical Product Line and the Practice Management Product Line. The resources are streamlined to assist with training resources and action items paired with those resources that are specific to both Product Lines. These resources can and should be shared with current and newly hired administrative and/or clinical staff members using Rethink.

Below, you’ll see the title of the training, which staff members should be accessing the resources for that training and action items corresponding to the training to be completed. Please be aware that the action items should be completed in the order they are presented. It is necessary for accurate system setup, as items build upon each other. Trainings listed below are:

 

Account Setup

These modules are meant for Account Administrators or any staff needing the individual resources below.

Within the Settings Tab

  • Add Basic Information in Company Account

    • Including a logo (optional)

  • Add locations (if needed)

  • Create additional Staff Titles (if other users on account)

  • Add Active and Inactive Staff Statuses

  • Edit permissions for Roles (if needed at this time)

  • Complete ABC settings

  • Set Default Clinical Settings

Within the Staff Tab

  • Add Staff Member Profiles

 

Staff Profile Setup and Scheduling Settings

These action items only need to be completed when using Rethink’s Practice Management solution (Scheduling)

These modules are meant for Account Administrators or any staff needing the individual resources below.

  • Add Non-Billable Tags

    • If planning to schedule non-billable appointments in Rethink

  • Adjust Location and Place of Service options (optional)

  • Add Billable Tags (optional)

  • Add Custom Cancellation Types (optional)

  • Set Overtime Rules (optional)

Within the Staff Tab

  • Add Pay Codes to staff member profiles

  • Add License/Certifications to staff member profiles

  • Add Staff Notes (optional)

  • Add Attributes (optional)

  • Add Availability (optional)

  • Add Signature (optional)

  • Add Folders/Upload Files into Staff Filing Cabinet (optional)

Funder Setup

These action items only need to be completed when using Rethink’s Practice Management solution (Scheduling)

These modules are meant for Account Administrators or any staff needing the individual resources below. If your organization has a billing specialist, some of these modules may be for them as well.

  • Add Client Profiles

    • Add a Demo Client if not completed already

  • Add Funders to each client profile

  • Add Diagnoses to each client profile

  • Enter Authorizations to each client profile

  • Add Staff Assignments to each client

    • Depending on Role Permissions, staff must be assigned to client(s) in order to open an appointment on the scheduler

  • Add Client Notes (optional)

  • Add Contacts (optional)

  • Add Referring Providers (optional)

  • Add Availability (optional)

  • Add Folders/Upload Files into Client Filing Cabinet (optional)

Client Setup for Programming

These action items only need to be completed when using Rethink’s Clinical solution (Data Collection)

These modules are meant for Clinical Supervisors (e.g., BCBAs, BCaBAs, SLPs, OTs, etc.). These modules review goal writing for both skill and behavior-based programs, website data collection, data analysis, and treatment/funder reports.

    • Add targets/teaching steps to client programs

    • Add goals/objectives to behavior plans

Scheduling and Reporting

These action items only need to be completed when using Rethink’s Practice Management solution (Scheduling)
