Highlights:
Improvement 1: Updates to notifications received for chat messages
Background: We’ve heard that sometimes push and email notifications are received but no actual notifications are in the notification center. We took this opportunity to improve notifications received and lessen clicks to get to the chat message. Now, when users receive a notification and click on the message, it’ll take you directly to the chat message to reply instead of having to search for it in the communication center.
Improvement 2: Slight change to how and where caregivers and therapists are added
Background: For those who have a Rethink+TheraWe solution, you may have noticed that “Add Child” and “Add Therapist” buttons have been removed. Don’t worry, this is not a bug! We wanted to streamline the process of where these users are added so there are no hiccups in onboarding new therapists or new caregivers. For those of you only utilizing the TheraWe platform, these buttons will still be visible. You can always revisit this guide.
If you are a Rethink+TheraWe user, please add any new staff members or guardians in the Rethink Behavioral Health Platform.
If you are a TheraWe Only user, not using the Rethink Behavioral Health Platform, you will be able to view and add clients as well as therapists directly through the TheraWe web and mobile apps.
