Release Notes | October 6, 2020
The TheraWe engineering team has been busy over the last two weeks to resolve, and also make enhancements based on feedback from our customers. If you would like to provide feedback for improvements in the young platform, we are open! Please submit via this link.
Please use this as an opportunity to update your iOS or Android mobile apps.
Highlights:
Improvement 1: Upgraded iOS notifications with iOS 14 to re-enable push notifications for messages and live video calling
Background: With the new release of iOS 14, the notifications framework was also updated. Our engineering team refactored our notifications to ensure that all iOS users were prompted to receive push notifications for new messages, as well as mobile call notifications for beta live video calling. (Thank you Nancy P. at Black Hills Behavior for the collaboration on this one!)
Improvement 2: Ability to Reply Directly to a Comment on a Post
Background: When a parent sends multiple videos/photos from home, the provider may want to reply directly to that comment instead of providing a general comment at the bottom. The ability to reply directly to the comment has been added to the web and mobile platforms with additional styling being released this week. (Thank you to the RL Therapy team for the collaboration on this!)

Smaller Items:
Providers ability to login directly on iOS and Android with their Rethink Behavioral Health login (Facebook to Facebook Messenger-style integration)

The ability for multiple users to be in one video call and screen share (up to 10 users, all devices or web)
