Description

The tracking functionality within the RethinkEd mobile app platform is designed to facilitate the monitoring and recording of students' progress in various programs like Behavior, Skills, Self-Monitoring, and Points. The Saved Groups feature allows educators to more effectively and efficiently track data for students they are working with often.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria for Managing a Created Saved Group

  1. Group Access and Display:

    • When a user clicks on a saved group, the system must display the specific group's page with the correct name as the heading.

  2. Adding/Removing Students:

    • Users must be able to add students to the tracking list by clicking a checkmark/plus sign next to each student's name.

    • Users must be able to remove students from the tracking list without deleting them from the saved group.

    • The system must retain the program selections for any student removed from the tracking list for future inclusion.

  3. Group Member Persistence:

    • Unselected students must remain in the saved group even when not actively being tracked.

    • The system must remember the program selections for each student the next time they are included in tracking.

Acceptance Criteria for Starting Tracking Programs

  1. Tracking Initiation:

    • Clicking the "Start (#)" button must initiate tracking for the selected students and programs within the saved group.

  2. Tracking Session Verification:

    • All selected programs for tracking must be loaded and ready for use in the session.

Acceptance Criteria for Deleting Groups

  1. Deletion Process:

    • The user must be able to click a three-dot menu and select "Delete Saved Group" to initiate the deletion process.

    • The system must prompt for confirmation before deleting the saved group.

  2. Successful Deletion:

    • Upon confirmation, the saved group must be permanently removed from the Saved Groups list.

    • The user must be returned to the Saved Groups tab after deletion with the list updated to exclude the deleted group.

  3. Cancellation and Return:

    • If the user clicks "Close" in the bottom drawer, the deletion process must be canceled, and the user returned to the saved group page without any changes made.

Workflow Description

  1. Log in to RethinkEd mobile app and select program: Behavior, Skills, Points

  2. Select Saved Groups tab

  3. View or Create Saved Group

  4. Track selected students and programs selected in saved group.

Add Saved Group : The Saved Groups feature allows users to create and manage groups of students for tracking behavior, skills, and points.

View or Delete Saved Group : The user will be able to manage saved groups within the tracking section of the RethinkEd mobile app. The user can view the saved groups or delete the saved group.
