SEL Classroom Report

Overview

The SEL Classroom Report allows educators to view the number of student logins and assignment details related to SEL content.

User Story:

As a RethinkEd educator user, I want to view student logins and SEL assignment details so that I can analyze their assignment completion.

UI Description

• Heading: Social and Emotional Learning

• Date Filter:

  • Date filter will display as the new, updated date/calendar component.

  • Default selection: Past 30 days displayed as the date range (Mon DD, YYYY - Mon DD, YYYY)

  • Date/Calendar predefined selections: Past 7 days, Past 14 days, Past 30 days, Past 90 days, Past Year, Custom

• Table Column Labels:

  • Student

  • Logins

  • Videos

  • Interactives

  • Quizzes

• Table Details:

  • Student: Display list of active student names in the classroom

  • Logins: Display the number of times each student logged in to the RethinkED Student Center in the selected date range.

  • Videos: Display number of unique SEL content videos the student submitted to the educator in the selected date range

  • Interactives: Display number of unique SEL content Interactives the student submitted to the educator in the selected date range.

  • Quizzes: Display number of SEL content quizzes the student submitted to the educator in the selected date range.

• Export: Export the data displayed on the screen for the selected date range as an excel or CSV. (Existing Functionality)

• Print: Use existing SEL Classroom Report print layout.

  • Table and Details: Student, Logins, Videos, Interactives, Quizzes

User Interaction and Validation Notes

• SEL Report Access: The SEL Classroom Report will display to users who have SEL-SEL, SEL-Wellness, or SEL-Life Skills and Wellness allocated to their account.

• Student List: Display active students in the classroom. If a student is not active, the student will not display in the student list in the SEL Classroom Report.

• Consistency: Ensure sorting, export, and print functionalities are consistent with existing platform capabilities.

• Column Renaming: Update 'Activities' column to 'Interactives' across all views and exports.

  • Interactives: Display number of unique SEL content Interactives the student submitted to the educator in the selected date range.

• Data Accuracy: Validate that counts are accurate within the selected date range.

Workflow Description

1. The user will navigate to a specific classroom.

2. The user selects ‘Reports’ in the left navigation links and selects ‘SEL’ or ‘Wellness’ depending on the allocated component.

3. The user can choose to take actions on the page: Adjust date range, Export, Print.
