My Resources

Overview

The My Resources area of the RethinkEd platform will maintain the current functionality as it exists on the platform and also will include some enhancements. The enhancements include a Search bar on each page that is central on the UI, a label update, and unique URLs for resource links.

Epic 193966: My Resources

UI Description

1. The UI Functionality of the My Resources page will remain the same as it exists on the RethinkEd platform.

2. The styling changes should be reflected in the changes to the My Resources pages.

3. Search Bar

   • A search bar will display below the heading title on each tab page of My Resources: Implementation, Printable Materials, User Guides, Organization Resources

   • User enters text to search for content that matches or is similar to the resource title text, keywords, or phrases.

4. Implementation tab

   • Remains the same with all functionality and materials, no change

5. User Guides tab

   • The tab label “Virtual Supports and Training” will change to “User Guides”.

   • The default category selection will be the first in the list.

   • Tabs show the available User Guide options (replacing the dropdown menu): Administrator, Educator, Caregiver, Student

   • Webinars and On-Demand Training category selections will be hidden for SEL-Wellness and SEL-Life Skills and Wellness Products

   • The label for SEL will display based on the product allocated to the account:

     • SEL-SEL label: SEL

     • SEL-Wellness label: Wellness

     • SEL-Life Skills and Wellness label: Life Skill and Wellness

6. Printable Materials > Category

   • Category dropdown menu selection should display in alphabetical order

   • ‘All' remains default Category selection for Printable Materials

   • ‘New this week' will be removed from the list.

   • Communication Notes: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Executive Functioning: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Time Management: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Pictures: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • People: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Sequences: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Words and Sentences: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Scripts: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Motivation Boards: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Visual Cues: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Schedules: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Math: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Worksheets: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Behavior: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • General: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • Tools and Guidelines: Remains the same with all materials, no change

   • The label for SEL will display based on the product allocated to the account:

     • Labels for SEL-Life Skills and Wellness: Wellness Tiers 1 & 2, Wellness Tier 3, Wellness Training

   • SEL Training, Wellness Training

     • All materials stay in My Resources

   • ‘SEL and Equity’ label will change to “Transformative SEL”

     • All materials stay in My Resources

   • SEL Tier 3 Resources to Stay in My Resources:

   • Mental Health: Remove all materials, all materials will be added to the Mental Health Lessons/Modules.

7. Organization Resources:

   • Remains the same with all functionality and materials, no change

User Interaction and Validation Notes

• Users should only have access to the functionality videos that they have allocated to their account. This is the current functionality that should remain the same.

• The system should track the user actions, collection data on when a resource is selected, opened, or printed.

Workflow Description

1. User selects My Resources from Program Tools or top navigation bar.

2. Default selection is the first tab in the list: Implementation

3. User selects Resource Type tabs to browse and view resource content.

4. User selects a specific resource and the resource opens in the RethinkEd platform as a modal with a unique URL link. https://rethinkautism.atlassian.net/l/cp/br428cBX

5. User closes Resource modal to navigate back to the My Resources page to continue to browse and view resources.
