Skills Account Settings | Account Settings | Data Tracking | MTSS Suite

We need to update the location of default mastery criteria for skills and prompts.

User Stories:

  • As a district leader, I want to quickly find and edit my account settings, so I can ensure consistency throughout the district

  • As a user, I want to quickly find and view the account settings, so I can ensure I understand how things work

 

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user with access to Skills (Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, Academic), I will see Default Mastery Criteria, Default Prompts, and Incident Settings

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior or MTSS Interventions, I will see Default Mastery Criteria, Default Prompts, ABC Settings, Incident Settings, and Locations

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to Behavior or MTSS Interventions, I will NOT see ABC Settings and Locations

  • Given I am a user with access to SEL, I will see Incident Settings

  • Given I am a user with access to any PD series, I will see My Training

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to any PD series, I will NOT see My Training

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to either Skills, Behavior, or MTSS Interventions, I will NOT see default mastery criteria or default prompts

  • Given I am a user without access to MTSS Interventions, Skills, Behavior, SEL, or a PD series, I will not see Account Settings

Section 1:

UI:

  • User clicks on Skills Data settings from side navigation.

 

 

Prompts:

  • User clicks on Prompts from Tab.

 

  • To edit default prompts, the User clicks inside the fields and selects from drop down or types entry.

  • To reorder prompt hierarchy, the User clicks on up/down arrows.

  • To eliminate a prompt, the User clicks on the X.

 

 

  • To add a custom prompt type, the User clicks on +Add Prompt Type and types entry.

 

  • To discard edits to default mastery criteria, User clicks on Discard Changes button.

  • To save edits to default mastery criteria, User clicks on Save button.

 

 

Business Rules:

  • When the user clicks on Account Settings, they will default to the first option on the list.

  • List options will be based on products purchased.

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchase Skills, they will see:

    • Skills Data Settings

    • Incident Settings

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased Behavior, they will see:

    • Behavior Data Settings

    • Incident Settings

    • Locations

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased SEL Lessons and behavior, they will see:

    • Incident Settings

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased any of the PD series, they will see:

    • My Training

  • If the user belongs to an account that has purchased MTSS Interventions, they will see:

    • Behavior Data Settings

    • Skills Data Settings

    • Incident Settings

    • Locations

    • Alerts

 

  • Default Mastery criteria will show for users who have access to Skills or Behavior, and will be the default screen for those users.

  • Prompts will show for users who have access to Skills, Behavior, or MTSS Interventions
