Analyze Data.

The Analyze Data tab within a Client’s profile allows the application of different graphing features for the visual display of progress.

  • These graphs can be saved directly to a desktop in different versions (i.e. PDF, JPEG or Exporting Raw details to Excel) by using the hamburger option to the top right of each graph.

  • Each graph can also be saved as a picture directly to the client’s filing cabinet

This resource provides information for the following areas:

Skill Graphs

The Skills graphing option is for graphing the skill acquisition programs for the client. You’ll choose the program by first picking one of the three categories (Abilities, Inclusion, and Transition). These options are referring to where the the program was stored within the Program Library. Then you’ll choose the name of the program within the CHOOSE PROGRAM drop down.

Behavior Graphs

Behavior option is referring to the client’s Behavior Support Programs. This graphing allows for similar filters with the additional ability to view the ABC Data and/or choose a Scatter Plot display for the behavior programs. Choose the program from the CHOOSE PROGRAM drop down.

  • ABC graph can filter through each category (Context, Antecedent, Consequence, Possible Function)

Custom Graphs

Custom graphs is a graphing option for a graph with combined programs

  • Skills Programs combined with Skills Programs and Behavior Programs combined with Behavior Programs

  • Select multiple programs from the Choose Program(s) option by clicking and selecting the programs

Mastered Programs

Once skills programs are mastered, options to view those programs will be available for viewing in MASTERED PROGRAMS

Ability to view cumulative graphs by targets mastered, maintenance targets mastered, and programs mastered by skill domain.

Adding Trend Lines to Graphs

Trend lines can be added to graphs within the Analyze Data tab of a Client’s profile.

A minimum of 3 data points is required for a trendline to be added.

Once in the Analyze Data tab, and a graph is displayed, select the Customize option in the top right corner to add a trend line.

Trendlines can be added within phases or across phases.

Adding Chart Titles to Graphs

As a default, the program title will appear on the top of the graph for all graphs within the Analyze Data tab. If needed, the title can be removed by selecting the 'X' next to the title.

For skill acquisition programs chart titles should display on the following graphs:

  • Combination

  • Target specific

  • Task Analysis Step graphs

  • Maintenance graphs

  • Cumulative graphs

For behavior reduction programs chart titles should display on the following graphs:

  • Behavior

  • ABC

  • Scatterplot graphs

When utilizing the Custom Graph with multiple programs on the same graph, all names will display
