Daily Data Summary Improvements (Via Data Entry Action Button on Website)
Improvement to Daily Data Summary Exports (PDF and Excel) to include dates and notes columns.

| 2 | Exporting Daily Data Summary as an Excel document | When exporting the Daily Data Summary as an Excel document from the Data Entry Action Button, there are 2 columns, date and notes. These columns existed previously only with excel exports. |

| 3 | Date column | When Exporting as a PDF, the date column will be shown on the left hand column and displaying data from old to new based on the date range entered within each data collection type. | WIth the addition of the dates column, this provides easier oversite for reviewing data over multiple dates.
