MNA Improvements Overview
Rethink has just launched some improvements to the Medical Necessity Assessment based on customer feedback! These improvements will assist BCBAs as they are completing their assessments for direct service recommendations. Take a look at the guide below to preview the updates and improvements.

Company Account and Role Permissions | Permissions to edit and delete assessments: MNA: VB-MAPP
| Both the MNA and the VBMAPP have the ability to be deleted if staff members have the delete option checked in the company account.

Ability to Edit, Resume and Delete an Assessment | Resuming an Assessment: Resuming an assessment will be shown if an assessment has been started, but not all questions are answered. If an assessment has been started and staff members leave the assessment area, all questions answered will be saved (autosave).
Editing an Assessment: Editing an assessment will be shown if an assessment has been started and all questions have been answered but the recommendation page has not been submitted. Staff can edit an assessment to make any changes needed before the assessment is submitted.

Improvement to Previous and Current Status | When completing a Service Reauthorization MNA, both the previous and current status are now required. In addition, there is a warning if a status is not completed before moving on to the next page of the assessment.

Rewording of some assessment questions | Throughout the MNA, some of the questions have been reworded to simplify the question and avoid confusion. The following questions have been updated and improved:
