Where to show admin classrooms across site | Classrooms

Admin classrooms are only visible to the admin who created the classroom. They are used as a tool to help that admin organize a caseload and find students easier. They are not visible to any other team member, including other admins.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given that I am an admin and have clicked Add to Learning Plan for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will see my admin classrooms under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am ad admin and have clicked Add to Learning Plan for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will NOT see admin classrooms belonging to other users under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am NOT an admin and have clicked Add to Learning Plan for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will NOT see any admin classrooms under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am an admin and have clicked Create Assignment for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will see my admin classrooms under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am ad admin and have clicked Create Assignment for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will NOT see admin classrooms belonging to other users under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am NOT an admin and have clicked Create Assignment for a MH or SEL Lesson, I will NOT see any admin classrooms under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

  • Given that I am an admin and have clicked on the classroom filter in Manage Assignments, I will see my admin classrooms listed

  • Given that I am an admin and have clicked on the classroom filter in Manage Assignments, I will NOT see admin classrooms I do not belong to

  • Given that I am NOT an admin and have clicked on the classroom filter in Manage Assignments, I will NOT see any admin classrooms listed

  • Given that I am an admin and have clicked to create a new assignment from Manage Assignments, I will see my admin classrooms under the Classrooms tab on the assign screen

Lesson Library

UI

  • When an admin clicks the Add to Learning Plan button for a SEL or Mental Health Lesson,

  • And clicks on Classroom, they will be able to search for their own classroom(s) in addition to the non-admin classrooms

  • When an admin clicks the Create Assignment button for a SEL or Mental Health Lesson,

  • And clicks on Classroom, they will be able to search for their own classroom(s) in addition to the non-admin classrooms

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

Manage Assignments

UI

  • When viewing the Manage Assignments (All Assignments, Specific Assignments, Needs Review) screens, the admin will be able to search/filter for their own admin classrooms (in addition to non-admin classrooms) in the Classroom filter

  • When the admin clicks Create New and selects a lesson, they will be able to search for their own classroom(s) in addition to the non-admin classrooms on the assignment screen

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

Incidents

UI

  • When an admin clicks to view or record incidents, they will see their classroom in the drop-down, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to.

  • When viewing Incidents, the admin will see their classroom in the drop-down menu, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to.

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

SEL Student Self-Assessments

UI

  • When an admin clicks to assign the student self-assessment,

  • And clicks on the classroom tab, they will be able to search for their own classroom(s) in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

  • When an admin clicks to view the student self assessment,

  • They will see their own classroom in the menu, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

  • When viewing the assessment report, the admin will see their classroom in the drop-down menu, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

  • Only admin classrooms with at least 1 student in grades 3-12 will be included

SEL Classroom Rating Scale

UI

  • When the admin clicks to select a classroom for the SEL Classroom Rating Scale, they will see their own classroom in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

  • When viewing the rating scale screen, the admin will see their classroom in the drop-down menu, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

  • Admin classrooms that contain at least 1 student in grades 3-5 will show under the 3-5 option

  • Admin classrooms that contain at least 1 student in grades 6-12 will show under the 6-12 option

Quiz Scores

UI

  • When the admin clicks to view quiz scores,

  • They will see their own classroom in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

  • When viewing the quiz report screen, the admin will see their classroom in the drop-down menu, in addition to the non-admin classrooms they have access to

Business Rules

  • Admin classrooms are only accessible to the admin who created the classroom

  • Admin classrooms can be selected without having to first select a building
